Jess Brown californian dolls

The new edition of Papier Mache magazine  reports on the beautiful work of Jess Brown
In her workshop she makes hand-made dolls using old cashmere sweaters, fabrics and antique remnants.
At the beginning her creations were for her son and daughter, then for her friends, special occasions and now sold in her shop in California.
All made of cotton muslin and tea dyed. Each doll is crafted using found, recycled, and antique fabrics and wools. Available for retail and wholesale orders.
Each doll is completely unique and cut to order like amazing antique pieces.

A chic summer

The page of French Elle magazine for kids fashion enchanted me this week: Some practical and chic clothes for playgrounds and pretty colors that make you want to put them in your kids cabinets right now!
From left to right: DKNY blouse, shirt IKKS, cotton dress by Derhy Kids
Belted by Kenzo, trunk by Zef and sandals by Pepe.

For the accessories, a small fringed bag and bracelet by Caramel au sucre give a quick and festive indian look to the silhouette !
